Help! I accidentally returned a broken drive to WD with the G-RAID2 caddy attached. Is there any place I can get a new one?

I received an order number via email for the drive tray but when I try to track that number via the link in the email, it says the order number is invalid.
After months of trying to get Western Digital to send me back the drive tray, I ended up purchasing one from eBay. I didn’t want to pay any more money since I’ve already lost a lot from this whole ordeal. At least I’ll never have to deal with the nightmare of WD customer service again. I can also say it will be the last time I ever purchase a Western Digital product. As a working professional, I find the support for their products to be completely unacceptable. I would have saved so much time and money if I had just bought a new hard drive and never contacted WD in the first place.
