Swapped my cloud for a my cloud home. Apparently this is not a NAS but storage device. iTunes no longer works.
Have you checked the product description at wdc.com? It seems to be a NAS to me, and it says it is a product designed for and sold only at Best Buy Perhaps you ought to refer to the complete user manual. too.
The My Cloud Home is different product and uses Plex instead of Twonky and iTunes Server.
Guess I’ll have to return sine it won’t work on Bose Lifestyle 600. Thank you
IMO Plex is a lousy platform; I have it on my DL2100 and never use it, but I suppose it is OK for others(who don’t mind watching MP4s) and who have NO other media player such as a WDTV or Kodi on Fire TV, etc.
