I purchased a MY Passport SSD 256GB for backing up a laptop using only 30GB. I was hoping the included software would only do backups of modified files and I’d never run out of space. With a daily backup scheduled, the WD backup fails to complete a backup after a week because of lack of space.
I’m using the included software from the drive itself. Is there any changes to the software if I download it from the WD site?
