iOS App - no access using 3G

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to get my iphone 4 working to access my WD My Cloud when i’m on a different wifi or when i’m using 3G, but all i get is the “device offilne” message (Cloud share and Remote Access are ON, Status: Connected, Device shows up in my devices list). Any ideas on how to make this work?
