I tried to do an Advance RMA as well, and it failed every single time. I tried 15 times, none of the attempts worked. BUT they did charge my MasterCard for 15 times, and now my card has a total of 850 euros reserved… How the hell is this possible, and how can I get this fixed asap? I’ve already opened a support ticket, but I doubt I’ll get an answer before the amount has been taken from my account…
They did charge you? Did you get your money back yet?
I also tried 10 times at least. I wish I knew this before I entered my Advanced RMA.
After 2 years still this problem. Unbelievable!
I tried the same with no success.
I tried the links given above with no fruitful outcome.
I reach the final step where we just have to add the address. I tried everything from removing all special characters to using a different address, but all it shows is “an error was encountered while displaying the address”.
I am unable to create an RMA because of this.
Kindly help me out
