I see my music in ITunes but I can not play it

I have my music stored on WD cloud  and I am trying to play it on my Mac air using ITunes. I have setup WDCloud correctly and I can see all my music in Itunes but when I press play on any of the songs nothing happens.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

My Mac air is running: Yosemite version 10.10.3

My WD Cloud firmware: WDMyCloud v04.01.03-421 : Core F/W

Read this thread and apply the patch

Thanks. the thread you refered me to suggests calling support and asking for a patch. The UK support numbers do not work. Number not recognised. This is the number that shows on the website: 00800-8558-4253

You need to read the thread all the way through. Somebody posted a link to the patch (unofficial link) 3rd last post in the thread.

If you don’t trust the link then you can contact WD through their online support and raise a support ticket.

As per my two-pence to this other thread: I can confirm that  I downloaded the said patch from the given link, successfully deployed and after good few hours of settling down iTunes on remote machines is able to play library stored on the Cloud.
