hi everyone. i have a my passport ultra 1tb and few month ago i set a password for it but now i forget my password. are there any way to reset the password without lossing data?
i have important file in my hdd so i can not reset it
No, as that would rather defeat the object of the password.
The only way to remove a forgotten password is to reset the drive, which will lose any data on it.
