As far as your suggestion - I work as a software developer, this was a purposeful omission on the part of WD (for whatever reason - probably to market the duo models which incase of fire burns up also but I digress) so I feel like this would fall on deaf eyes. I’ll just spend my $$ elsewhere in the future
