How do I access API key if I'm not a developer?

Hi,
I’d like to have an API key , Secret ID etc for my Cloud Home, but I’m not really a developer, I’m not interested in making apps and release them to the public or anything like that. I just wanna use it for personal use, mostly to download files from URLs (without having to use IFTTT).

Any update on this? I’m looking to do some basic api calls to get users on device and their share permissions. Also not a registered developer.
