How can I cancel a warranty return?

I have a WD internal 3.5" HDD that I thought was failing. The drive is still under warranty but subsequent to me initiating the warranty return (standard), I discovered that the drive was not at fault but something else in the system and the drive is working correctly.

I can’t seem to find any way to cancel the warranty claim and the telephone number is constantly busy.

Can someone help?

Thanks much. I did as you suggested and tech support was able to cancel the RMA.
