Im trying to send all my pictures from my galaxy phone to my WD cloud, but they are all going under download on the wdcloud app and not my folder. Does this mean they are not stored on the cloud and only backed up on the phone? how do I get them to switch over to the cloud?

As for where you thank your photos are, your My Cloud, you would have to look and see if they are there???
The below information comes from Help on the dashboard. Remember you will have to get Cloud Access for the WD Photos app.

There are two WD mobile apps that let you access the content on the WD My Cloud drive from a smartphone or tablet.
WD Photos: Lets you view and manage your photos.
WD My Cloud: Lets you view and play photos, videos, music, and files.
