Help! Cannot access my shares when I'm not on my own WIFI

Hello,

Since recently I cannot access my Shares on my iPhone/iPad/wd2go when I’m not on my own WIFI.

on my iPhone I get the message “Device offline, only local files are available”.

Can anyone help me?

What if you change the MBL mode to XP mode to force it to work on relay? Does that work? Some iOS 6.1.3 devices are having problems with the app unless the MBL is on relay.
