G-DRIVE ev ATC with Thunderbolt drive replacement

Hi!

I would like to know if the drive unit that comes with the G-DRIVE ev ATC with Thunderbolt can be replaced by any other 2.5" drive (ssd or hdd).

It is only tested with the same drives we use but basically yes it is just an enclosure for a 2.5" drive.

From some pictures it seems to me as if inside a G-DRIVE ev ATC with Thunderbolt there was a G-DRIVE ev RaW inside which the 2.5" drive lays. Could you clarify?
