FTP Issue

I’ve setup the FTP and it seems work fine within the network. I was getting a connection error to the server outside the network until I configure port fowrading in the router. Now outside the network I get a message that says " Welcome to WD MyCloud – Access Denied."

I have FTP forwrded as well as DMZ. Any help would be appreciated.

Dont put anything on the DMZ.  Just port forward 21 if you have to.  You’ll need to setup a password for the admin account or user account in the My Cloud’s dashboard to use FTP.
