Forgot password and no longer have access to email account I registered

I have the WD My Cloud - I bought to back up pictures and other impt documents.

How do I change my email associated with set up so I can change the password? I bought this product 5 years ago and I am just getting around to really using it. Thank you

Access the My Cloud Dashboard and change the User’s email address through the Dashboard interface. Then select the option to reemail the notification email to the user. That should allow them to setup a new account on MyCloud.com.

Otherwise you may have to contact WD Support directly, this is a user to user support forum, to see if they can change your existing MyCloud.com account from their end.
