FLAC out of digital optical port

Good morning, woul like to know if the unit (it is updated to latest fw level available) is capable of sending FLAC streams out of the optical port and, if yes, if they keep their resolution or are downgraded to 48khz

Yes. All WD TV Media Players support playback of FLAC over Optical (TOSLINK)

No, All WD TV Media Players will downgrade FLAC Audio over Optical

Is there something new from WD team, regarding WDTV live and 24/96 flac files playing issue?  There is to much time to nothing respond from them…:angry:. Owners of WDTV need to know, is there chance to fix that problem or…!
