The firmware on my Passport Wireless is 1.02.17. It won’t see that there’s an updated version (1.04.16) when I check within the mobile app or through my web browser. So I manually downloaded the updated firmware and tried updating it. The progress has been sitting on zero for about an hour or two now. The drive is plugged in and over 50% charged. Can I restart the drive and try updating again? On a Mac w/10.9.5.

It is not recommend to stop a firmware update process. Was it able to be completed?
