Download zip or rar file from My Cloud OS5 app

Hi,

I have a MyCloud EX2 and My Cloud OS5 installed on my Android smartphone.

From the mobile app if I try to download file with extension jpg or mp4 (for example) I don’t have problem.

But if I try to select a file with extension iso, txt, mp3, zip or rar (for example) I don’t have the download option for this file type.

I don’t understand why.

where I wrong?
