I reset my device to factory when it did this and then it worked
You can try again and let me know the result. I did 10 times and a few times work. You can disable right now and try to enable again
Configure does not work for me as well… WD support is a joke…

You just just need to keep trying. Disable plex, reboot your my cloud, and re-enable. It e work eventually… Mine did

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
A few hours ago, you can did it everytime. But now, it keeps loading after you disable and enable again.
