I was finally able to open the device and connecting with the pc with SATA cable … do you know a software that can read it ?
Use Linux, or a Linux boot disk/boot flash drive.
Or if using Windows one of the of the following programs will read the EXT4 data partition contents.

thanks for info… I tryed the Linux Reader, it seems opening all the disks… the one in “physical drivers” should be the one… but it doesn’t open
My “mycloud mirror gen2” started flashing red last night or the night before. No communication, cant access it . I don’t know if an update was automatically attempted, but it was working fine , now it is not communicating online. HELP
