Every time I turn on my computer, I’m informed that My Cloud is downloading & installing firmware version 2.31.174
I’ve tried downloading the file & manually installing it but this keeps on happening.
The device is always reporting the latest firmware is installed.
Anybody have any ideas, thanks!!
@Gwladok5 First, you have posted this in the My Cloud Home sub-forum.
Have you downloaded the new firmware to your computer? Be sure you remember where you place the file.
Once downloaded go back to the Dashboard and select to Manually install it. You will have to find the file and select it then the install will start. This will take a few minutes.
