Would it work? I read about the hardware being the same. Anyone holding a valid warranty would care to try?
I tried it, renamed the files and edited the txt file.
This didn’t work, the option to uptade the FW doesn’t show.
I lost interest in this, solution for me is a new FW from WD or buying another brand.
