I had originally written about how to setup a crontab but learned quickly it was a silly question as WD has setup the device to remove foreign shell scripts (at least from the home directory) and any crontabs at the time the device restarts.
Thanks @dswv42 for the insight. I should have tried a few different searches as I’m seeing some of the other threads related to the config file… not sure I want to go messing with it. Really was hoping to go the docker route but it doesn’t seem to be working. Sigh
