Copying from Wireless Pro to external HDD

Hi

I’ve just purchased a My Passport Wireless Pro (MPWP) and want to know if I can connect an Elements portable hard drive to it in order to copy (backup) the files I’ve saved from my SD cards.

I will be taking the MPWP on camping trips and will be off grid for days at a time. I would like to be able to backup the files on the MPWP disk to the elements disk so that I can format and re-use the SD cards if necessary. The MPWP disk would be operating off its own internal battery as there would be no mains power source, so it would be powering the MPWP and the elements disk.

There is nothing in the Manual to say I can do disk to disk copying like this. Is it possible? If so, then how can I do it?

Cheers

Unfortunately, My Passport and My Passport Wireless supports My Passport Wireless Pro or SSD for device to device data copy. You can refer below link to check the device compatibility list for USB.

Thanks for your reply, but I’m still none the wiser. I’ve sent a contact form off to WD support twice about this and also that I can’t get RAW DNG files to display thumbnails on my Android device but I’m getting no response. All up I’m not very impressed.
