Hi Jasontin,

I exchanged it to S-brand DS218j, they are same price (without HDD), and the DS218j works very well, more functions and not difficult to set up.

I bought WD MyCloud Home 4 TB from Amazon. It arrived yesterday. I am getting the same error as Jurij.

I am in US. I rebooted the device twice. I get the same error from my WiFi connected iOS phone app and my PC running Windows 7.
