The My Cloud, the subject of this subforum, is a completely different device than the My Cloud Home (Duo). It uses a completely different operating system and has different features and options. The My Cloud units do have a USB port for attaching external USB hard drives. One cannot connect that USB port to their PC to transfer files or data.
