Which specific config file are you looking for? The system.conf file or some other file? Which firmware version v4.x or v2.x?
I’m looking for the .config file used to build the OS. I thought that one of the users that have rebuilt the OS would have the .config file.

You might want to contact Nazar78. He has done a lot of work on the My Cloud and has his own webpage that is updated on the work he has accomplished.

You can find one in official GPL sources.
