Any ideas on what might be happening?

New issue for us on our DL4100. Runs 24/7 with a reboot once monthly and 1 off day. Runs in a fairly clean area. Had for 6 years now with no issues. Updates are automatic.

Checked forums, and only one other person listed this as an issue – PR4100 shows Diagnostics "Caution" Fan Speed N/A.

Thank you for the help. Nothing seemed to remove the error. We will not do/try a factory restore. Will restart the server and see if that suffices. I did note that unless it’s hot, the fan may not have a need to turn on. Don’t know if there is an underlining issue. But it’s not running hot at least and is not in critical state.
