I have a new WD My Book for Mac external drive. When I installed the drive utility and opened it, there was a dialog box asking me to upgrade to upgrade to WD Drive Utilities v.2.0.5.18. I clicked “updated software” and then got a message the Drive Installer quite unexpectedly. Is there any reason this keeps happening? I’m using macOS Sierra 10.12.1.
