Can't unlock MyBook after connecting to MyCloud

I’ve bought a WD MyBook 3TB to back up data. It worked fine when connected to a pc with Win10. I used the
WD Security feature to secure the data.
Now I’ve moved it to the USB port of my MyCloud device to back that up, but I can’t any way to unlock it through the Dashboard.
Does anyone have a solution to this please, or do I have to remove the password before I connect it to MyCloud?

Do a forum search via the magnifying glass icon upper right, this has been discussed before. The My Cloud Dashboard currently does not have a mechanism to unlock encrypted drives. The drive would need to be unlocked prior to being attached to the My Cloud USB port.
