Can't access to My Cloud using window 8 laptop

I just bought a new laptop and try to access WDMyCloud through www.wd2go.com but to no avail. I tried updating, installing and re-installing JAVA many times, added the website to the browser security settings. After logging in with my password, the page just redirect me to oracle website for window explorer. As for chrome, it just state error.

Please help!
