Cannot create new folder in WD MyPasswort External Hard disk

I tried to create a new folder in newly bought WD MyPasswort External Hard disk but new folder creation option itself not enabled inside Harddrive but i can copy files from my computer to WD hard disk. Yet delete options are not enabled.

Kindly help me fix it.

HI,

It looks as if you want to use Drag and Drop from your Windows File Explorer. You should be able to do that. I suggest you review the documentation and search through the WD Knowledge Base.

You can also use WD Backup software, which will automatically backup your files on a schedule. You will need to setup WD Backup from the program on the drive.
