Cannot access WD My Cloud Remotely

I have set the “Sleep” option OFF, but still the device cannnot be accessed remotely sometimes and it displays a msg that the device is offline.  At this point of time even the destiop app and the dash board cannot get connected as it displays the same message “device offline”… its pretty frustating…

Hi, have you tried updating to the latest firmware? Also check if the troubleshooting steps on the following link help.
