Cannot access My Cloud Home

As of today WD Discovery doesn’t “discover” my My Cloud Home and every time I try to login on the web it says that the session has expired. This is a problem on WD’s side because my Plex server is still intact and running.

Unplugging and replugging the ethernet cable of the WDMCH fixed the Web side of things.

I had to remove WD Discovery and re-install it to be able to access my device via the software.

Why a pm? You are afraid of helping other users?? You wanna prove it more than before that wd team doesn’t mind their customers and answer everytime they prefer to??

What is the OS and Browser Version bring used?
What email address are you using for MyCloud.com?
