Can I transfer files from Window to Mac?

I have a My Book 4tb external hard drive and I used it to backup my PC. Unfortunately, my PC died and I was wondering if and how I could view and transfer files (pictures mostly) from the hard drive to my Macbook Pro.
I have the WD Utilities installed but I can’t find an option to view any files and the My Book isn’t showing up in my Finder.

Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated.

It seems like your My Book 4TB format as NTFS on your PC. For you to be able to use that unit on your Mac is to install NTFS reader on your Mac to be able to see those files on your My Book unit. Some NTFS reader for Mac are free trial or free/
