Backup to mycloud ex2 like dropbox

I think that the sense of the word “cloud” is the ability to use your device like dropbox.

Seems that is not like that.8

I hoped to be able to do automatic backup of all my computers (even outside the network) and is not. I just can reach the device with the app (which it works) but i can’t plan a backup! i just can save the files manually!.. 

Even the smartware backup is not able to reach the device outside the network.

Why?

Remote backups are not supported. WD Smartware was not designed to backup remotely.
