Backing up PROBLEM with My Book Essential

I’m having some troblem regarding backing up my datas to 1TB My book essential.
I partitioned it into two parts so that I can use one for MAC and other for PC. The data backed up pretty well in PC but in MAC, it promps “DISK is FULL” and then Partial BACKUP accomplished.

The thing is it shows 481 GB free then at the same time shows the error DISK IS FULL
PLEASE HELP
