App won’t open on iOS 11

Hello I am having problems with the iOS app opening on iOS11 my wife has a galaxy s7 edge and it work ok on that device I would appreciate any help pls

It appears WD is aware of the issue.

WD released an updated version of the My Cloud App on 9/11/17 which resolves the issue. Please update your My Cloud app to the latest release.

Can I get it japan’s itunes app?

If you’re in Japan, do you have the WD Cloud, or the WD MyCloud? They do seem to be different in more ways than just the name (which is necessary because someone else owns the name ‘MyCloud’ in Japan).

Can you (or have you already) search the Japan’s iTunes store for “WD” or “Western Digital” to see if the app is listed?
