Hola, he actualizado uno de mis equipos DL2100 a OS5 y me he quedado sin las aplicaciones:
1.- Copia de seguridad USB
2.- Copia de seguridad interna
3.- Visor de archivos web
Entro en APP Store y no tengo ningún programa para elegir su instalación. ¿Que puedo hacer?

No veo en las aplicaciones que me enviáis el visor de archivos web.

This is a user to user support forum. I am not a WD employee or WD support. See the link previously provided and post in that discussion thread if your issue is similar. The second post of that discussion instructs the user to open the following URL in a web browser:

Once open in a web browser one should see a series of information that details each of the available apps. Find the name of the app in the “Name” field, then look for the “Image” field under the “Name” field which lists a URL to the app file. Download that app file and then manually install the app using the My Cloud Dashboard App interface to upload the downloaded app file into the My Cloud Dashboard interface.

Para mi era muy necesario administrar la información del contenido de esta manera. Hay algún otro programa que permita acceder al contenido, mover crear carpetas o borrar?

Web file viewer? Do you mean the MyCloud.com web portal? There doesn’t appear to be a “web file viewer” app listed in the apps that are in the JSON file link above. If you need the MyCloud.com web portal then for OS5 see this link: https://os5.mycloud.com/sessions/new
