You are not alone.
I am startin to seriously regret the purchase of PR4100. Do not take me wrong, the hardware is great, but HW is only half of the good NAS, second half being app support. And here, my dear WD, you miss the mark big time.
There is request for Sonarr, Sickrage, Nzbget, Sabnzbd for PR2100/4100 from July - status - in review,

Which takes me to simple conclusion - no one cares at WD about customer requests. If you want NAS with decent app support, RMA your WD and go for something from Qnap or Synology
