Access my cloud outside network

hi,

how can i access my cloud from ( PC  - Mac ) outside of the mycloud network?

i can’t access vie wd2go.com its always say device is offline!

any soultuion?

Well, yeah, you need to properly configure Port Forwarding on your router (either manual or via UPnP) and make sure the Cloud’s configuration matches whatever you do.

Also, you’ll need to make sure your ISP isn’t blocking the ports you’re using.

if i enable UPnP, Must i open port?

That doesn’t tell me anything.    What was the result of Step 5??

Well, there you go, then.   That means your port forwarding isn’t correct, or your ISP is blocking it.
