AC 1300 - Port Forwarding is non-functional

WAN to LAN connectivity is working. LAN to WAN working. Connectivity checks to Internet or local machines work. Port Forwarding is configured on adv_pfwd.asp. Ports are not forwarded. Testing using telnet to the external IP address appropriate results in an open connection but traffic does not make it to the internal server. I have attempted rebooting the device, disabling all port forwarding rules and re-enabling. If I disable the rule I get an immediate connection failure. If I re-enable the rule the connection initiates and then hangs.

Further attempts: I tried resetting to factory defaults and that did not work. I tried disabling IPv6 that did not work either. Maybe you should try calling support to clear this out.
