Hello all, so my passport was working fine yesterday. But to day it is no longer recognised on windows or mac the light on the side is flashing. I can see it in disk manager on my pc but it says its not intialized and it has 2047.35gb unallocated even though it is only a 500gb drive. I’ve tried using Easus but it fails, any ideas what i can try to resolve this?

On this case since the drive is still visible on disk management, try a data recovery software. I see you already tried one and did not work, i would recommend trying other software to see if you have better luck, also try changed the USB cable or the USB port on the unit, however lets see if another user can give you some tips and information this matter.
