My 4tb My Passport has stopped mounting. When I try to run first aid I it fails and I get “file system check exit code 8”. Tried it also in recovery mode and dis fsck in single user. No success. Is the drive DOA or can it be saved before reaching out to WD for an warranty replacement? Thanks!
