1 TB WD MY PASSPORT Cycle Redunduncy Check

Hello all,
I have 1Tb WD MY Passport.Yesterday.I was copying data from my laptop to My Passport (1TB WD) i canceled the copying process and ejected my external drive.Now when i connect the WD Passport to laptop i run the WD unlocker ,i enter the password and it says your drive is unlocked .and then the drive icon appears but when i try to open it i get this error “Date error (Cycle Redundancy check)”

i have approx 600 GB data in my passport.but when i check in the disk managment it show 100% free storage.
