More remote access problems:

I put in a ticket and provided a system report. It’s been determined the unit is behaving improperly. Its remote access functionality has gone faulty and the unit requires replacement.

a power outage is possible. I start the router again, but no NAS is founded.
Since this morning the LED is red - I reboot the NAS again. The WD NAS has still only the red light on the front. I reset the NAS, LED move the yellow/White but at the end it turns again to red.
Any think I can do now? I hope I don´t lost all the data on my disk.

Same result - white page with both Chrome- and Firefox.
having the exact same problem. Remote access stopped working without warning. Have full access on LAN, steady blue light and the remote access is turned on - and with connection ready.
Have tried fully restore and new setup - nothing changes. Still no remote access

You know, it really would help us all if you described the nature of the ‘known’ problem you’ve been experiencing at WD (and think you’ve fixed?), so users can gauge whether they have the same problem, or there is a different problem…
