The My Cloud OS 5 software is only available for My Cloud Mirror EX2 Ultra, and My Cloud EX4100. It is not available for My Cloud EX2 and My Cloud EX4 at this time. My Cloud EX2100 is available as a Limited Public Release. Please refer to this post to learn how to update your device to My Cloud OS 5.
