When I got my WD TV Live out of the box, I was able to pick the video I wanted to watch from my subscriptions updates. Now after upgrading to the latest firmware, it seems that I can’t choose videos at all, only run them as a playlist which is not something I will use. I have 50 or so subscriptions and don’t need to see them all.
What gives?
If I can’t choose the videos I want to watch, this thing is going back.
Are you using the right YouTube app? There are two of them – One is called Leanback, but it’s not actually labeled that way.
The original app should still be there; the one that resembles the WD’s own tabbed UI.
