Xp pro won't recognize my book 5tb

My book 5tb won’t be recognize by xp pro s3 32bit computer. But 4tb my book is OK. Please advice.
PS: It come with file system NTFS.

Just found out that the hard drive was recognized by other xp 32 bit computers.
