"XML error:not well-formed (invalid token) at line"

Good afternoon. Help please with the decision of the given problem. Access to the configuration interface was gone.
Instead there is a message :  “XML error:not well-formed (invalid token) at line”.

Reboot of the device and return to parametres by default do not help.
